Past Recipients

The record of grants and awards made by the Society.

Why Keep the Record

A published record does three things: it credits the recipient, it shows applicants what a successful application looks like, and it holds the Society to account for how it spends members’ subscriptions.

What Would Be Listed

  • Award or grant, and year
  • Recipient and institution
  • Title of the supported work or the citation for the honour
  • Resulting publication or presentation, where applicable

Honorary Members

Those on whom the Society has conferred honorary membership are recorded permanently, alongside the past presidents in the Society’s leadership record.
