Consultant orthopaedic or plastic surgeons practising hand and microsurgery in Egypt. Full members hold voting rights, may stand for election to the Executive Board, and are listed in the member directory.
Specialists and registrars who have completed core surgical training and are working towards consultant appointment. Associate members receive full educational benefits.
Residents enrolled in an accredited orthopaedic or plastic surgery training programme. Reduced subscription, full access to courses and the education archive.
Hand therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and specialist nursing staff working in hand and upper limb care. Hand surgery is a multidisciplinary specialty and the Society’s membership reflects that.
Surgeons practising outside Egypt who wish to maintain a connection with the Society, attend its meetings and contribute to its scientific programme.
Conferred by the Executive Board in recognition of distinguished contribution to hand surgery in Egypt or to the Society itself.
Applicants are asked to provide evidence of qualification and current practice — medical registration, specialty qualification, and confirmation of post. Trainee applicants provide confirmation of enrolment from their programme director.
