Registration Categories

• Member — full and associate members in good standing
• Non-member consultant or specialist
• Trainee — member — residents holding trainee membership
• Trainee — non-member
• Allied health — hand therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and specialist nursing staff
• International delegate
• Accompanying person — social programme only

What Registration Includes

Access to all scientific sessions, the congress bag and abstract book, refreshments and lunch on session days, and the certificate of attendance with CME credit. Instructional courses and hands-on workshops are ordinarily booked separately and carry limited places.

Early and Late Rates

An early rate applies until the published deadline, after which the standard rate applies. On-site registration is available subject to capacity, at the late rate.

Workshops and Courses

Laboratory and cadaveric sessions are capped to maintain a low ratio of participants to instructors. Places are allocated in order of booking and frequently fill before the congress opens.

Cancellation

Cancellations received before the published deadline are refunded less an administrative charge. After that date, registration may be transferred to a colleague but is not refundable.

Certificates

Certificates of attendance are issued after the meeting, stating sessions attended and credit awarded. See CME & Accreditation.
